Arbequina:
Our 2013 golden Arbequina oil has a slight tang and subtle nuance of buttered toast: it is the most mild of our oils and makes a perfect salad dressing mixed with lemon or aged balsamic vinegar. We use Arbequina on everything!

Italian Blend:

Every year it is pot luck on how much each of the 5 varieties of olives add to the mix.  The 2013 Italian Blend oil is again “medium” in terms of robustness, smooth on the palette with a tangy-olive finish. Our Italian Blend makes the perfect light sauté for fish and a great drizzle over baked potato or corn on the cob.
